Coffee is the best part of waking up for many of us. Join Gunnar and Kathy from VíK Roasters as they lead us through the fascinating world of coffee, from crop to cup. They will be covering the four basic factors that determine how a coffee will taste: origin, processing methods, roasting and brewing. Their focus is on helping people have their best cup of coffee at home. There will be a tasting of several different coffees that have different processing methods and origins.
