Start off the new year with a healing sound bath. Participants will learn about what a sound bath is and then are welcome to sit or lay down letting the sound wash over them. Please bring your own mat and any other items you will want for personal comfort. The sound bath is being performed by Claire Suzuki, LMT of Living Well House. 

Registration is required for each participant. If you need assistance registering, please contact staff at the library. Limited to adults 18 and over.
