Book a Cedar Mill Library Meeting Room

• A valid email address is required for booking requests.
• Bookings can be made from one week to two months in advance. Same-week bookings not allowed.
• Booking is not complete until a library staff member reviews and approves it.
• Please allow up to 2 business days for processing your request.
• Select by specific date, or click "Next Available" button
• You will receive two emails: one with details of your request, and a second after review with the Library's decision and meeting room information.

Room Details: Maximum occupancy 76 persons (Elm & Oak Room), or 32 persons (Elm Room). Includes library wifi, conference tables and chairs. Elm & Oak room together includes a wall screen and HDMI projector.

Located on the second floor of the Cedar Mill Library at the west end of the library. Enter the central library doors, head left through the Children’s Department and up the stairs and elevator to the left.
