Book the Bethany Library Annex

• A valid email address is required for booking requests.
• Bookings can be made from one week to two months in advance. Same-week bookings not allowed.
• Booking is not complete until a library staff member reviews and approves it.
• Please allow up to 2 business days for processing your request.
• Select by specific date, or click "Next Available" button
• You will receive two emails: one with details of your request, and a second after review with the Library's decision and meeting room information.

Location: Bethany Library Annex, located 1 block west of the Bethany Library at
4888 NW Bethany Blvd Suite K-2, Portland, Oregon (Google Maps).

12 conference tables 30” x 60", 55 chairs, 96'' wide hanging screen, ceiling-mounted projector with HDMI wall port. Projector remote and HDMI cable available for check out at Bethany Library.

Meeting room access is on the parking lot side of the Annex, next to Subway.
The door facing Central Drive must be kept closed and locked for security purposes.
